Calories in Spaghetti: Cooked or uncooked?

First and foremost: Sorry for the stupid question, it shows my ignorance or inability to do a proper search, but I am willing to learn:

On my pack of spaghetti it says, it has 354 kcal per 100 grams. So I measured out 50 grams for lunch. Once they were cooked, I weighed them again, and they had ended up at 115 grams. Now, which version of spaghetti does the writing on the package mean, the dry or the cooked? Same question would be valid for rice etc.

Thank you!
