I have been going through a lot lately and decided to go back on my antidepressants. I went off of them because I was pregnant and the type I take are not good for pregnancy. I unfortunately lost that pregnancy, and soon after my partner was arrested. (it's a mess and a story for another time) My main side effect is appetite loss.
Over the past month I've noticed a visible drop in weight, about 5-10 pounds, and I oftentimes find myself sick from not eating after not feeling hungry for hours and forgetting. I usually practice intuitive eating, but my appetite is completely gone.
I worked hard to gain muscle and mobility after having suffered with a restrictive eating disorder, and I love how strong and healthy my body feels at this weight. I'm a competitive fighter and I walk most places and play basketball regularly, so I'm pretty active. I need to increase my calorie intake, but I want to do it right. Any tips?
