Am 29M and I Hit the Gym at least 5 days a week with the intent currently to get My Lifted weight numbers up and then just do that weight for reps which isnt going too bad. I feel like My diet could really Use some modifications though currently im at
Breakfast: 2 protein pancakes or a 1/2 cup oatmeal(before water)
Snack: 50g protein shake after Gym
Lunch: spinach Salad w/ shredded Cheese and a Vinaigrette
Snack: 50g protein shake
Dinner: chicken/fish/beef Steak w/ a carb and veg.
It means the World for any advice here. The dadbod isnt too Bad but I Would rather not bulk in a Bad way.
