Has anyone ran a fresh air intake duct into the space being heated?
Post Body

Just wondering if there is any benefit to this? I use mine for ice fishing camping and normal outside temps are -10c to -15c. The heater keeps the shelter around 10c overnight drawing outside air, how much would I gain drawing inside hot air over the combustion chamber vs the outside cold air. I don’t want the heater inside, just run another duct to the heated air intake. FYI I have the 5kw unit.
