Hi Everyone,

My Brother suffered a heart attack two months ago and was later diagnosed with stage five kidney failure. He has been on dialysis ever since and it has been a huge financial burden on our family.

I am located in the United States but my Brother is living in my home country, which is a poor country with an underdeveloped healthcare system.

The rate at which we are burning through cash on dialysis sessions is not sustainable and thus I am looking to purchase an at-home dialysis machine for him but this is proving to be a challenging task.

I called a few places in the US and there doesn’t seem to be a way to just buy a machine directly. I tried Googling around and while I did find a few options, I can’t really tell if they are legit so I thought I’d turn to reddit.

Is there anybody here who has experience buying an at home dialysis machine online? It doesn’t have to be from US, we can buy it from anywhere as long as they are able to ship it to my home country.

If you have any information that you think may help, please let me know.
