Can't understand it

In December I will be on dialysis for 2 years I just can't wrap my head around it I still urinate but I still have a fluid issue I urinate just as much I think as I did before I was diagnosed with this issue oh well I'll continue on but maybe somebody can give me an idea of how I can rent my head around it
