Can you take blood pressure medication before dialysis?

Post Body
My girlfriends mom recently started dialysis. For context her parents don't speak much English and are horrible at listening to what doctors tell them. They say they were told she can't take her blood pressure medication in the mornings before dialysis, I don't have a clear reason why, something about new medications in the blood messing it up. After dialysis her blood pressure drops to the point where she throws up and faints, so she doesn't want to do dialysis anymore.
Does anyone have any better information on this? Did they just misunderstand something?
UPDATE Thank you to everyone who has helped us understand why this is a bad idea and why. I greatly appreciate all of your input.
