right now I’m busy, working more and truthfully just don’t have the energy to go to sessions on top of at the moment I feel great, like great in a nervous way though? Kinda nervous it’s a manic episode to be honest but idk what to do. I’m enjoying being okay rn and haven’t been to therapy in about 2 months and I know I’m currently rambling 😂 but I needed to put this somewhere and some insight or opinions would always be welcome
