Hey guys I’ve posted in here before just wanted t post again and see how everyone’s been? I’ve been very unstable recently but not in a scary way but more of a fluxuating up n down mood like one day I’m GREAT and then it feels like one small inconvenience can knock me off pivot and I’m back down low where I started anyone else get this
