I’m 19m. Have a PTSD diagnosis due to trauma n I have this wonderful girlfriend who honestly has treated me better then ANYONE in the past and it’s wonderful but I find myself getting detached some days because I’ll overthink so much and make myself upset being scared something’s gonna happen or she’s mad or gonna leave when there’s really no True signs of that happening it’s been real bad recently and just wanna see if anyone else experiences this or has any tips to ease it
