Bugged sorc, most skills unusable

So, recently i used an shrine of protection with my sorc, while waiting for an realmwalker to spawn. I TPd out before it spawned, and now, most skills are just greyed out. Teleport is the only skill still working.
Re logged, Re started the game, waited a few days, had my character killed, Re specced and Re sorted the skill bar, nothing helped at all.
Any ideas what to do?
