Allow pre-saved builds in the skill/paragon tree

I think it would be a great QoL improvement if they allowed you to save at least 2 paragon board formats and skill-trees, meaning it would be easier to swap builds effortlessly between two previously used formats, given we have the option of respeccing manually anyway.
