Is the glyph leveling tier list also useful for most efficiently farming distilled fear?

Iām pretty sure this is right, but just clarifying. I was looking all over google for a list of the best dungeons to farm distilled fear (ones you can clear fast), then I realized the glyph leveling tier list is basically just that. I realize they drop from all 30 dungeons, Iām just tired of playing long ass dungeons and not getting them.
