Can some please explain level scaling in this game.
Used a tier 19 nightmare sigil. I'm 68. Havent beat the capstone for wt3. Bet most of my loot at the end is around lvl 50. Yet the enemies are lvl 72. Makes no sense for a NM dung started from below lvl70 sigil to have over lvl 70 enemies. I could see 70 as the max for 19/20.
So what gives? Did the devs huff paint thinner before designing the leveling system? Anyone able to explain this system of far subpar loot except for the super rare upgrade in exchange for beating content we should be at level for but it has scaled well above us?
