In Diablo 3 there was a big focus on finishing chapters helped get your character online. You would get your set to get you started and you use that to grind for either upgrades for that set or a completely different builds.

With no sets in D4 (which I prefer to be honest) I think that the season should have specific uniques or even a menu to choose from some uniques when you finish chapters to accomplish the same goal D3 journeys had... To get you online.

I basically no lifed the game and finished the entire season in just under 2 weeks and each chapter completion felt worse and worse. I think giving uniques to jump start builds would help. It wouldn't be a perfect fix but still a good carrot on a stick

That being said I still enjoyed my time and I probably enjoy game in general more than the common opinion of this Reddit
