Do seasonal aspects not used cross over to eternal at the end?

Will the seasonal aspects I’ve unlocked for all classes from the chapter completions still exist when the season ends in eternal? What I mean is, the ones I have not used (because I have not used those classes in the season) will they become available in eternal once the season is done? Because if they don’t, that’s kinda bullshit.
