Not a fan of being able to get the highest Item Power, at the lowest lvls in the tier.

Reached WT3 at lvl 48. Within 1.5 hours I was level 51 (renown grind) and had 4 pieces of gear, item level 702 to 716.
I get the benefit of it, but I prefer progressing slowly but surely as opposed to now basically ignoring those 4 items slots until I hit WT4.
Just makes the leveling grind less exciting.
