NM dungs don’t make sense

I know they are getting buffed but this needs to happen asap. I’m lvl 74 sorc, wanted to try and push with unoptimized gear just to see where I could get. I tried tier 63 and got deleted, okay, I knocked it down to 40 and wrecked the place. Here is the issue, for my trouble I got 1 legendary and 1/2 of 1/4 of my exp bar. For a whole dung that was 20 levels over my character…meanwhile I can vaporize anything in the helltide, get 12 legendaries and almost half a level…it just makes absolutely no sense if these are supposed to be the end game. Side note: I love helltide.
