The tool tip VAGUELY says they inherit 30% of most of our stats.

What stats? Intelligence? Dexterity? But not strength or willpower?

Do they inherit damage reduction? Damage reduction from distant enemies? If I'm fortified do they receive 3.33% damage reduction cause I'm fortified?

Do they receive 30% of my block chance?

Do they inherit damage to close enemies? If they do, do they get the bonus if I'm close to the enemy or do they?

Do the shadow mages count as a summoner ability or shadow ability, or both?

I'm trying to build a summoner necro but there is ZERO information on what they inherit except an EXTREMELY vague tool tip on a loading screen.
