There seem to be 2 types of criticisms on reddit; constructive and "theres nothing meaningful to do".
To the latter, you have to set a goal for yourself. If you don't think completing a Tier 100 nightmare dungeon is a worthwhile goal, cool... then make a lesser goal.
If you already hit the goal (complete campaign, obtain all legendaries for my build), cool... come back at season 1.
I just feel that if you are waiting for the game to tell you what to do, that is the wrong approach.
This is similar to Destiny 2's community. Some players almost want Bungie to tell them what their goals should be. When Bungie creates the possibly of tons of goals to be reached.
If you ever heard someone claim that there's nothing meaningful to do in Destiny 2, they were lying.
