Necromancers, how are you keeping minions alive in World Tier 3?

I am about as indexed into minions as you can possibly be. I have literally every passive for minions maxed, I have 40% minion life on my gear.

I am at my absolute fucking wits end. I cannot keep minions alive in world tier 3. Anything with any kind of AOE attack or explosion (so like the fallen suicide bombers, or any of the big guys with sweeping blows) just obliterate all 6 of my skeletons instantly.

I'm running reapers with the corpse generating ability, I'm running a bone golem to produce more corpses, and I've got the Lucky Strikes Make Corpses talent maxed out to boot.

I spend all of my time resummoning skeletons in any kind of hard fight - if there's more than one elite on the screen, it's always a desperate battle to keep enough corpse sustain going to replace minions as fast as I lose them. And there are certain enemy types I just can't fight at all. Not like, it's unpleasant to fight, or slow to fight, they're literally just impossible. They kill my skeletons faster than I can produce corpses.

I'm not interested in playing a non-summoner, if summoners are literally unplayable I'll just quit, but I must be missing something yeah? There's no way something as basic as "your minions literally just fucking die to any kind of aoe, in a game where almost every monster has an AOE" is the actual endgame?

Am I missing a stat that helps? Minion life doesn't feel like it rolls with a high enough value to help. I've gone through my stat page and it doesn't tell me clearly what stats are inherited by my minions - do I need to be stacking all resistance or something? Would that help? I'm so fucking baffled.

I play exclusively summoners in every ARPG I've ever played and I've never spent so much time literally just fucking re-summoning dead minions. Fuck, I played a skeleton summoner in POE last season and those summons literally have a 15s timer and I cast them less than I cast summon skeleton here.

What am I missing?
