Bosses being unstoppable and unaffected by CC breaks/disables many builds that rely on such effects for damage/damage reduction.
I know there's a stagger bar but surely while they are not affected by effects such as chill/slow many builds have a lot of their damage potential/damage reduction disabled.
For example in the case of the Sorcerer a boss is able to be affected by burn but not by chill/stun, disabling a lot of the damage potential/damage reduction from cold/lightning builds.
Surely there's a better way to implement the stagger somehow?
Maybe let bosses still be affected by the status on them but not have the slow/chill effect do anything to the boss.
