Foundry and Highlands Cave

Are these dungeons super rare? I've been looking for both of them for a while (to complete the exploration achievements), and haven't come across them in 20 games or so (each). I believe that the Foundry is in the Battlegrounds (along with three other sporadically generated dungeons) and that the Highlands Cave is in Leoric's Hunting Ground. Is this accurate?
