Leap slam barb gear/skill check

Just asking if there is something big I should change about gear or skills. I did gr68 under 10mins for damage is fine for now. going higher health is becoming problem. I'm looking for better rolled gear of course, but should I change some skill or use some different gear piece?

EDIT: just did 70 in around ten minutes. that got me into leaderboard 246. So everyone playing necro this season or something?
