I've been running hc t6 rifts and gr up to 28 with my firebird wizard without problems, but I'm wondering if there is something obvious about skills that I should change to be able do higher gr?

Gear suggestions welcome too if there is something completely different I should try? I'm looking for unity to use instead of wyrdward (I have one for templar already, but not for my toon). And I'm looking for new amulet, but atm that one is best I have.
