wizard build tips?

So this is first ever wizard I play, never tried it on softcore either. http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/profile/SebboHowi-2376/hero/41116354
Do you have any tips or comment about skills. I've been testing myself and seems like disintegrate is best, but should I try some completely different build? With this one torment I is mostly easy to farm. Some elites and rift bosses needs kiting.
