Which bounties do most people do for loot/XP?

I really like to play with others, but the party finding system in this game seems to be horrendous. I kind of run in to people much more often now that I've run through the story, but not really very often. So I was wondering what bounties/levels I should do to have the best chance to group up with people and get phat l00t. Thanks for reading! My battle tag is tehcondor#1221 by the way :D
