So just had my first Ber drop in 20 years. Unsure as what to do with it since I want to maximize its value.

Running an 88 full summon druid with double spirits, a blue 1 dskills ammy, 4 topazed blarog skin, natalyas boots, chance guards, a rare duo res belt, 2 rare tri res rings and a rare pelt with 2 summ skills and 2 dire wolves. BUDGET MF BUILD!

My options seemingly are as follows:

Wait ever patiently for a Jah so I can nigma and teleport me and the zoo around.
Make a Beast with other runes I have right now and enjoy that lovely fanat aura.
Trade my Ber off for various lesser upgrades that would in turn upgrade me further down the road. (Arachs, Jalals, SoJ, Ravenfrost, Reapers, runes, etc.)

I love other opinions so please help!
