Here are the results of rolling 1,000 skillers. Also, some details on how I did it, and my thoughts on the process/results, and is it worth it?
Why Baal GC?
Baal/Nihlathak/Diablo all drop the highest ilvl grand charms that let it roll extra high affixes like 45 life. So the only way to get a grand charm with skills 41-45 life is from one of those guys, or re-rolling their charms in the cube. The recipe is 1 charm 3 pgems of any type.
How I got charms to roll, and 3,000 perfect gems
So this is an impossible task without using a trading site like jsp. Every day, I'd make a post saying "Buying pgems for 1fg ea" and just keep rolling charms until it was valuable enough to trade, or keep. One thing to note is that certain gems are more valuable than others. Diamond, Sapphire, Emerald and Topaz all go for around 1fg each, while Amethyst goes for 4fg and Skulls/Rubies go for 2fg. A lot of times, gems pay for themselves because you buy a pack of 100 pgems for 100fg, and if there are 10 pamyethysts, and 10 skulls/rubies, you can sell those for 80fg, and you basically got 60 pgems for 20fg. It's a pretty tedious task, but ctrl click mades trading pgems much easier. I started off farming my own charms, but I was finding ones that are tradeable so quick, that I had to keep buying them. The average Baal GC goes for 50fg currently. In my opinion, as long as you roll a charm worth 75 , it's worth trading it and getting a new Baal GC. It makes up for a lot of the gems consumed that way.

It's honestly kind of tediout dealing with that many gems. I personally don't recommend doing this as a time sink :) Farm monsters instead
