Hi guys, i have an Insight Threasher (non-Eth) and a Reaper's Toll on my merc right now, with a Treachery & Vampire Gaze helm.

Once merc hits 83, i plan on swapping to Andy helm (20% IAS, 9%LL). At that time it makes sense to socket the reapers with a Shael or a 15% IAS jewel, right? My understanding is that treachery, once proc'd fade, it gives 45% IAS. 45% IAS Treachery 20% Andy 15% Jewel/Shael on Reapers Toll will bring me over the 75% IAS break point, right? Just wanted to make sure before i socket the Reapers. Thanks!
