Looking for advice for farming as a Trapsin

So I'm around level 82 and have the basic runewords (Spirit sword, Ancient's Pledge, Stealth, Lore). I'm trying to get my gear to the next level with spirit monarch, Shako, etc.

Currently, I don't think I'm strong enough to farm hell Meph (it would just be too slow). I am farming nightmare Meph and hell Pindle. Now I can kill Pindle pretty quickly unless except for the 1/10 times where he's lightning immune. With Mephisto, it takes maybe 20 seconds to kill him but it takes anywhere from seconds to minutes to find Durance lvl 3 because I obviously don't have a teleport.

Do you think it would be better to farm NM Mephisto without teleport or just stick with Pindle? I only have like 80% mf right now
