Post Body

hi everyone this is my first post here. i am not great with writing so apologies for any spelling/grammar mistakes.

A little about me, i was diagnosed with type 2 on the 25 of November 2022 with a blood glucose of 45 mmol or 810 mg/dl. Needless to say i was not felling great, but thanks to a great team of doctors and nurses Today just under 500 days after diagnosis i have officially been taken off my last diabetes medication and am now controlling my glucose/hba1c levels with diet and exercise alone.

i want to thank this community too as i have been lurking here since just after my diagnosis.

i hope this is not too off topic for the sub

Thanks guys
