There were some worries that it might be a marketing trick. But compare my glucose response to two burritos (total of 789 calories) to a lunch (second pic) at Panera bread yesterday where that lunch was a bowl of creamy tomoto soup and a chicken Caesar salad. It is a much lower response for my burritos than for the soup and salad of comparable numbers of calories, and compares favorably with yesterday’s dinner, which was fewer calories (I typically eat my main meal for lunch and just have a smaller dinner.) For reference my dinner yesterday was only about 500 calories and consisted of a carrot and meatball soup with some plain yogurt with blueberries added. So I’m impressed with these tortillas.
