I feel bad for my dad he’s craving sweet stuff but there’s no options not to my knowledge

I think he’s tired of eating apples to help him with his sweet tooth. Any recommendations for something that’s Diabetes type 2 friendly I’m willing to buy in person or on Amazon. I just don’t want him to feel sad about how he can’t eat anything with carbs or sugar.
