is sudden fatigue related to t1d or is it just me?

sometimes i randomly start feeling very tired and kinda weak, that i have to lay down on my bed and distract myself. i also feel the need to breath with more effort.
i had pizza and cake for lunch a while ago, could that be the reason i feel so slow? my sugars spiked, but not so much. fuck this condition man. it's so annoying.
