Has anyone tried Mounjaro?

Mounjaro is a new drug from Eli Lilly aimed to help Type 2 diabetics better manage their blood sugar levels. It largely sounds like it’s a hunger suppressant.
I mentioned in a recent post I’m interested in decreasing my blood sugar spikes, which happen every time I eat (yes I give insulin in advance, try not to eat too many carbs, etc.), and am interested in talking to my doctor about trying it. Just curious if anyone has tried this?
