Resources on exercise
Post Body

Hi y’all, I’ve been trying to lead a more active lifestyle and have found that I’m really struggling with lows. On long hikes or bike rides I find that I’m crashing early and am absolutely pounding cliff bars and glucose tabs throughout, which leaves me sick from having eaten so much sugar. Can you guys share all your favorite resources on managing t1 with exercise? My endo’s only advice was “work out in the morning,” which was not very helpful.
