Title says some, but for some background, I ordered dexcom cgm supplies in October and it took me calling them to confirm that they had the wrong fax number for my doctor when they asked for medical records and for medical necessity of getting cgm (that was in december), and now they said they just sent something to insurance ("just" being 10 days ago).
I've been out of supplies since early November, so I do get that maybe I should have reordered a little earlier but it really upset that it's taken this long and after playing phone tag 2 weeks ago it seems like I should have gotten a call back at least
Sorry for the rant, I'm just upset that I had the best a1c I've ever had with the tslim g6 combo and now there's a legitimate concern that I won't get supplies before my next appointment in April. Anyone else have these kinds of issues? And ways to get your supplies more easily?
