I recently started jogging again and I'm loving it! I'm also hating it because it is such a chore to keep my bg up. Last time I went out with a starting bg of 100, no IOB (which is a top priority for me), I ate half a banana to start, and within 25 minutes I ate my stash of dates and smartees and still arrived home with a bg of 50⬇️. So exhausting trying to be healthy.
I was thinking of starting with a bg of maybe 150ish. What about a low GI carb like barley or freekeh or brown rice or oatmeal? I don't know how the hell I ever went running without a cgm 😂
Thanks for the help
