I have COVID and Ketones

This is the 3rd time I've had COVID. The first 2 times were very mild and I was barely sick for a day. This time it's been 5 days so far and each day is worse than the last. I've been having trouble keeping my BG down and picked up some ketone strips. Sure enough, I have ketones. I've been feeling very sick but I don't know if it's the COVID or if I'm slowly going into DKA or both. I don't know if I should go to the hospital or wait to see if I get worse.
