Is there an app to help me calculate carbs and insulin units?

I'm just starting to learn about my food intake (carbs and sugars) and the proactive insulin amounts. My dietician gave me a handy pamphlet but it seems like the calculations could be easily handled by an app. I realized that "eventually" I should be able to eyeball things, but until then...
I have a Libre 2 CGM. Thanks for your suggestions!
