Can I test to see if I'm a diabetic without going to a doctor?

Hi everyone..I was wondering if there was a test I could buy from a store that would allow me to check to see if I have diabetes? My diet is not that great, and almost every time I'm done eating a meal, my eyes feel weird, and my vision is kind of blurry, and I'm always urinating. Liquids just pass right through me, and I end up urinating lots of times throughout the day and night. I just want to check to see if something is wrong, but I don't have health insurance, and I don't have the money to go see a doctor for some tests..
