So just like the post says I haven't had a night where I'm under 100 in weeks probably months. But this week I was pretty busy as far as physical activity and last night all I did was drink some wine cuz I was making a pot roast. Has anyone else had a similar experience where they drank a little wine before they went to bed and their blood sugars are below 100 for whatever reason? I know red wine's good for the heart but who knew it was also good for blood sugar? 😂😂😂 Seriously though I'm totally surprised.
