So I was diagnosed in April with an A1C of 12.6 then. I just received my blood work from last week before a follow-up later this week and the A1C is 7.7 now.
That's a good thing, right? After seeing so many posts with numbers like 5 or 6 or 4 sometimes, I feel like it could be better... or am I being delusional?
I want to feel proud of myself for what I think is hard work, but I also don't want to congratulate myself too much if I could be doing way better.
Sorry. I'm just mostly speaking out loud. Lol. Idk what I'm thinking.
