Hi all
does anyone function the best when they’re at the lower end of their range ?
Interested to read about how you manage this , tools you use etc.
me: T2, Dexcom G7, Lantus humalog , Ozempic 1mg. Still first month on upper dose of ozempic but will say the insulin sensitivity improvement is unreal for me.
anyway. Back to my original question, if you work /function best when riding low how do you manage this.
me, I am liking 70-&0 range. Mind is the sharpest. I am “on“. No brain fog etc. if I pop one gummy maybe two I am at 90 already (from low 70s). I dread “meals“ even if small because I get such brain fatigue even when I go over 120.
most of my carbs I consume pre and post AM workout. (200-300 grams ).
eating 3500-4000 calories daily.
thanks
