hi all
does anyone use glucagon kit ? is this something that can be used more regularly ; rather than to be used by loved ones if they see me passed out ?
in other words I am wondering if I can use glucagon to correct lows instead of using glucose tablets or gummies.
wondering if anyone’s been doing this and what doses do you use ?
also, I’ve never had a kit prescribed and wondering if any of the kits are more easy to use for multi shots than others. (I’d use a separate insulin syringe to draw out whatever amount of IUs I need)
thank you
(edit. T2 here. Using both Lantus and rapid insulin. Also third month on ozempic which has helped w the carb ratio but don’t think it will replace exogenous insulin for me )
