I am so tired of getting conflicting information and started to do my own research. As far as I see Prime hydration drink is wonderful for Diabetics since it has a total of 2g of sugar per bottle. It mainly consists of Coconut water and is caffeine free and gluten free. I keep getting conflicting reports and a lot of the videos on YouTube are so biased since most people hate the guy who pitches the drink (Logan Paul).
I just started working out and even thought I drink tons of water, I also want alternatives to water that are not pop or sugar filled juices or Gatorade which has tons of sugar in it.
I would like to get everyone's honest opinion on this.
