Metformin question

I been on Metformin 1000mg 2 times a day for a few years now. I never really noticed it but just turned 35 and i feel like its making me extremely tired serious i have high blood pressure so now iām on blood pressure medicine but even before i feel extremely tired my eyes always feel heavy sometimes i do get spurts of energy. Any one else have this experience?
