Iām 34 year old male my mother has diabetes, started when she was around 50 and this whole time my leaves were around 95 or lower. The reason I check was because my wife has it and hates getting poked so o check mine along with her. The last 3 years I wasnāt as active as I was, work stress and my weight was yo-yoing gaining and loosing but still my levels were low. 6mo the ago my dog died, he was my āunofficialā service dog and in the military I had a horrible time struggling with ptsd but thatās to him made my life a lot better. After he passed o went into a pretty bad depression. I am medically retired but go to school but even had to drop out and most the day I laid in bed watching tv and somewhat stress eating.
About a mo th ago I started to get really thirsty sores around my private parts and yesterday I went to the doctors and turns out my A1c levels are twice the amount it should be (12) and my glucose level was 285.
Iām seeing the doctor again in a week, but is it normal to get it all sudden out of nowhere. Three months ago it was 90 something and o know I will discuss with my doctor but I am scared nervous and already sick of eating low card diet. Is it possible that some other factor is causing it
