What is the United States branch’s CEO’s name and email. I am getting conflicting things from Google search.

I have a time sensitive package that was supposed to arrive today (June 11), but has been stuck as “Shipment is scheduled for delivery” since arriving at my local area hub (Denver) at 4 minutes to 10 AM this morning. It is now 11:15 PM, and is clearly not arriving today (who’d’ve thunk it out of these clowns). DHL would not have been my preferred shipper (as I’ve had great success with UPS), but the seller of the item just had to insist on these clowns who can’t even make a deadline! Weather is good (save for the normal afternoon rainstorm so common this time of year), so there really should have been no reason it shouldn’t have made it (save for the sheer incompetence of this company).

I’m tired of their useless online help, and their useless call center number (where the guy with the thick Indian accent that you can’t understand is totally unhelpful… been through that before). I just want to get through to someone in a position of power who can maybe clunk some heads together to get my damn package tomorrow! I don’t have days/weeks/months for these incompetent b00bs to finally get me my package!

How do they even stay in business?
